Who is Eréndira Farga?

Hi, my name is Erendira Farga.
Before dedicating myself fully to nutrition, I was an actress and a professional dancer until I was diagnosed with a chronic illness.
That experience transformed my life and led me to explore how deeply the body and mind are interconnected.
I lived in Canada, where I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and co-infections, hypothyroidism, and experienced intense food cravings.
Since 2008, I’ve practiced intermittent fasting, long before it became a trend, and discovered it was an intuitive way to improve my symptoms.
That’s when I realized that nutrition could radically change my health, which inspired me to study nutrition and specialize in fields such as nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics, cellular nutrition, and orthomolecular medicine.
My professional path has allowed me to collaborate with renowned laboratories in Mexico, formulating supplements now available on Amazon and in pharmacies.
I’ve been a speaker at international symposiums and conferences on Lyme and nutrition, sharing nutritional and supplementation protocols.
